No. You can create a free account and start studying with no credit card. The free plan gives you a 40-question preview of your exam so you can try the full study flow end to end.
You only enter payment details if you choose to upgrade to Premium for the full question bank and tools.

How do I upgrade, downgrade, or change my plan?
Go to Upgrade (or Account → Billing) to start a plan or switch tiers. When you change mid-cycle, billing is prorated — you only pay the difference for the time remaining. Your access and progress carry over.
