What is the Exam-Readiness Score?

What is the Exam-Readiness Score?

The Exam-Readiness Score is a single number from 0 to 100 that estimates how prepared you are for your FAA knowledge test, based on your own practice. Instead of guessing whether you're ready, you get one honest, at-a-glance answer that updates as you study.

What the score tells you

It answers the question every student asks: “Am I actually ready to take this test?” A high score means you're consistently getting questions right across the whole exam — not just having one good day on a handful of topics.

The readiness bands

  • Test-ready — you're consistently strong across the bank. Time to book the test.
  • Almost there — close. A little more focused review pushes you over the line.
  • Building — you've got a solid base and you're climbing.
  • Getting started — early days. Build a daily habit and the score moves fast.

Every band comes with a clear next step, so you always know what to work on.

Why it's trustworthy

The score is deliberately conservative — it won't call you “Test-ready” just because you aced a few questions. It wants to see real, repeated success across the material before it gives you the green light, so when it says you're ready, you can believe it.

The Exam-Readiness Score is a Premium feature, and it works identically on the web and in our mobile apps.
